Service Description

This instructor-led class covers the basic principles needed to support safer crane and rigging operations. Participants learn about common rigging gear, inspections, sling types, hitch selection, load handling, basic hand signals, communication practices, and lift hazards. The course also addresses planning considerations, working around suspended loads, and the importance of using the right equipment for the job. Ideal for workers who support lifting activities, new riggers, craft personnel, supervisors, and others who need a solid foundation in basic crane and rigging safety.
