Service Description

This instructor-led course gives participants a practical framework for investigating incidents, near misses, and undesired events. Topics include scene preservation, witness interviews, timeline development, cause analysis, documentation, and follow-through on corrective actions. The training helps teams move beyond blame to identify real breakdowns in controls, planning, communication, or execution. This class is appropriate for supervisors, safety personnel, leads, and others who support incident review and organizational learning in industrial or contractor
