Service Description

This awareness-level course provides a practical introduction to lockout and tagout requirements for affected employees and others who work around energy isolation activities. Participants review hazardous energy sources, the purpose of lockout and tagout, basic isolation concepts, restricted actions, and the importance of following site procedures. The class helps workers understand how to stay clear of unsafe conditions and support proper energy control during servicing and maintenance operations. This course is ideal for general workers, operators, and support personnel in industrial settings.
