This awareness course helps personnel recognize the risks associated with suspect counterfeit and fraudulent products in the workplace. Participants review common indicators, documentation concerns, supplier and procurement awareness, inspection points, and the operational and safety impacts of using nonconforming items. The class supports stronger reporting and decision-making when questionable materials, parts, or components are identified.
